PETCENTRIC POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Rates
Rates are charged per visit and per pet and are dependent on each pet's individual needs. Every pet and every family is different in their needs and wants so we offer a very pesonalized service which will meet our clients individual requirements. To discuss the specifics of your pets please call us today for an estimate.
Payment
Payment by check or credit card is due in full prior to all services. Unpaid balances are considered past due on the first day of service and client may be charged a late fee. Thank you for your prompt payments, as a small business they keep us going!
Gift Certificates
Do you know someone who is CRAZY about their pet? How about giving them the gift of supreme pet pampering! What a perfect way to pamper a friend or family member who is CRAZY about their pet! A certificate is a great choice for the busy dog owner or new parents! If you know a friend who rarely travels for worry of leaving their pets then a gift certificate might be the best gift for them! Gift Certificates are available in (4) increments: ($25), ($50), ($100), ($150) - Gift certificates do not expire.
Cancellation Policy
We do not overbook and therefore, once you have booked services we may turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. We have a 7-day cancellation policy for overnight pet sitting and
vacation visits. Please call us 14 days before your departure if
you need to cancel in order to get a full refund. Cancellations
made less than 14 days are subject to
a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before
your departure date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 48-hours notice is required on dog walks in order to receive a credit on your account.
Last-Minute Reservations
We understand that sometimes unexpected travel plans arise and more often then not we can adjust our schedule to meet your needs. If your preferred sitter is unavailable another qualified Petcentric sitter will fill-in. Last minute reservations are subject to a late booking fee.
Get Acquainted Meeting
Prior to providing service we offer a complimentary consultation meeting. This is the opportunity for us to get to know you and your pets and for you to learn more about who we are! Subsequent consultations are available to discuss pet-behavior issues; add new pets; go over new routines or any other pet-related issues at an additional charge. Most meetings can be done in about 30 to 45 minutes.
Observed 2007 Holidays*
We suggest booking at least to weeks in advance of holidays. Holiday payments are due in advance and payments are non-refundable. There is a holiday surcharge on the dates below.
- Thanksgiving: November 21 - 23
- Christmas: December 24 - 26
